DWBN events are designed to bring women together in a supportive, welcoming space to connect, learn and share real conversations. This Month at DWBN

Event Topic:
Mid Year
Stress Less Reset

This month's meeting is all about slowing down, regulating your nervous system and learning practical ways to better manage stress in everyday life.

Join us for a restorative morning designed to help you step out of the mental load and reconnect with yourself. You'll learn simple stress management techniques you can apply throughout your week, experience a guided tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) session with Janelle Leggett to help calm the nervous system and finish with a restorative sound bowl meditation with Kate Astill.

A beautiful opportunity to pause, breathe and refill your cup before heading back into the chaos of daily life.

Whether you’re in business, raising a family, working, caregiving or juggling all of the above, this morning is designed for you.

Featuring: Janelle Leggett

Janelle Leggett is passionate about helping women slow down, manage stress and reconnect with themselves amongst the busyness of everyday life. With a warm and nurturing approach, she creates calming spaces where women can pause, breathe and feel supported.

Janelle offers relaxation massage and AromaTouch Technique sessions designed to ease tension, support nervous system regulation and encourage deep relaxation and balance. She is passionate about helping women prioritise self-care in simple, practical and meaningful ways.

Featuring: Kate Astill

Kate Astill is a yoga teacher, business coach and co-founder of the DWBN who is passionate about helping women create more balance in both life and business. Known for her thoughtful and supportive nature, Kate brings a gentle approach that encourages women to step away from the constant pressure to always be “on” and instead make space to rest, reflect and reset.

Through yoga, meditation and sound bowl experiences, Kate creates calming environments that help women feel more present, centred and connected. She believes wellbeing should feel accessible and sustainable, even during the busiest seasons of life.
