Everyone woman deserves to be empowered with the knowledge to look after her own health – and this includes pelvic health! Catherine aims to remove the stigma around pelvic health and create an open, honest and informative conversation.
Attendees will learn the basics of how the pelvic floor functions and how to support their pelvic health through every stage of life – because our healthcare needs are continuously evolving and changing, just as we are!
Catherine has been providing the Dubbo community with Osteopathy and Strength and Conditioning services since early 2024, with over 10 years’ experience working in rural and regional Australia.

Her passion is working with sportspeople and new mums, particularly female athletes (although she loves helping people of all ages and backgrounds).
She feels privileged to be involved in patient’s journeys, whether that involves working with people with chronic pain, pelvic health concerns, recovering from an injury/ surgery or those wanting to improve their sport performance.
Catherine has completed further training in running technique and rehab, management of sports injuries, speed training, powerlifting, CrossFit, paediatrics, pregnancy/ postnatal care, pelvic health, and dry needling.
Cultivate Health Centre was founded in 2020 with a mission and vision to establish integrated healthcare and health education in regional and rural communities, providing excellence in holistic treatment.
We strive to build a healthcare practice which nurtures patients in body, mind and spirit, ‘cultivating’ health by educating and empowering them to be pro-active in their own healthcare.
Current services are Osteopathy and Strength and Conditioning, with the goal of providing more comprehensive medical and allied health services in the near future.
