Tired of saying yes when you really mean “absolutely not”? This unapologetically real and neurodivergent-friendly session is your permission slip to stop people-pleasing, start boundary-setting, and actually protect your time, energy, and sanity.
We’ll unpack the guilt, rewire the hustle brain, and get comfy with saying “no” — clearly, kindly, and without a 17-slide explanation. Because your worth isn’t measured by how many favours you say yes to.
💥 Raw, relatable, and a little bit rebellious - this one’s for the businesswomen who are done being doormats.
